ELECTRONIC PUBLICATION I
 
     
  VC 135 - 4 credits (3+1), T-R  
     
  Introduction to Graphic Design theory and technique. Students will creatively approach electronic and print publication processes with hand on experience in layout, text and graphics manipulation.  
     
  Course objective:  
     
 

- Develop simple methods of gathering, designing and preparing material for production.

- Create and manipulate text, information & graphic objects.

- Gain exposure to professional electronic and printing technologies.

- Learn to function in muti-disciplinary product oriented teams.

 
 
Tool being used in the lab: Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Printing: Epson 7600
